The reservation must be completed at least 48hours prior to you arrival date, during our business hours.

Please note that you might not receive our confirmation email if your email settings are blocking our domain. In such case please ensure that the domain samurairentalcar.com and email address info@samurairentalcar.com can go through to your inbox.

Reservations are accepted up to 72 hours before the day of use. We may not be able to make reservations on the day. Thank you for your understanding.

We will reply to your email within 48 hours when you apply for a reservation, so please understand.

ATTENTION
We require all the customers to have a valid driver's license and IDP(International Driving Permit)
*If you don't posses them both, we will not able to lend you a car.
Moreover, those renting a w4 class vehicle, are required to have a “D” stamp in their permit.

If you cancel within one week before the reservation date, a cancellation fee will be charged to the credit card you provided, according to the cancellation policy.
※Use at Haneda Airport is limited to one week or more.
